Everything you need to know before race day

We offer a 5K race for ages 13+ and a Kids 1K Fun Run for ages 2-12 (with adult supervision). Both races start at 8:00 AM from Bronte Harbour Park.
Yes! The 5K race is professionally chip-timed with instant results. You'll receive your official time, pace, and placement immediately after finishing. Kids 1K is not timed but everyone gets a finisher medal!
Your registration includes chip timing, a finisher medal, optional race shirt or exclusive Bronte Runners/GearTOP hat, access to the post-race festival, and the satisfaction of supporting local charities!
Yes, race day registration is available at $99, but we highly recommend registering early to save $50 and guarantee your preferred race swag size. Plus, early registration helps us plan better for all participants!
Absolutely! Our course is flat, paved, and stroller-friendly. Many families participate with jogging strollers. Just please start at the back of your wave to ensure everyone's safety.
100% of race proceeds support Oakville Dads Charity and other local causes. Your registration helps fund programs for families, kids, and community groups right here in Oakville. Every step makes a difference!
Due to the charitable nature of our event and advance planning required, registrations are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your registration to another person or defer to next year (subject to availability). Contact us at info@bronteharbourclassic5k.com for assistance.
We love our volunteers and cheering squad! Sign up through our volunteer form or just show up on race day at our designated cheering zones. Volunteers receive a thank-you gift and our eternal gratitude. Together, we make this race special!
