What age is Breathe+ for?
Ages 5 and up. Adults with smaller noses sometimes prefer the kids size too.
What's the difference between the boys and girls packs?
Just the artwork — nothing else. Same strip, same hold, same everything. The "Boys" pack leans adventure (cars, sharks, dinos) and the "Girls" pack leans unicorns and rainbows — but they're just design themes. Either pack works for any kid: plenty of girls grab the dinosaurs, plenty of boys pick the rainbows. Get whichever your child will actually be excited to wear — that's the only variable that matters.
Can they wear it during the day?
Yep — playing, homework, sports, whenever it helps.
What if my kid just won't wear it?
Honestly, this is the #1 thing we hear about in the first few nights, and it's almost always solved by letting them pick their own design — there are 30 per pack, so there's a decent chance they find one they actually like. If it's still a no-go after a real attempt, you're covered by the 30-day guarantee anyway, so there's no real risk in trying.
Is it drug-free?
100%. No medication, no spray, nothing swallowed — it's purely mechanical.
How do I take it off in the morning without a fight?
Wet it during face-washing, or dab a little oil or lotion on the edges first. Peels off clean.
Do you sell an adult version?
We do — black and beige. A lot of families just order the bundle and cover everyone in one go.
When do I get the four free parent guides?
Automatically. After your order, we email download links for all four PDFs to the address on your order — usually within minutes. They're yours to keep whichever pack size you choose.
Can my child wear one every night?
Yes — the strip is purely mechanical, latex-free, and hypoallergenic, worn on the outside of the nose. Remove it gently in the morning (water or a dab of oil helps). As with anything sleep-related, if you have concerns about your child's breathing, talk to your pediatrician.
